Job Description

  1. Manage the front office, receive visitors, and handle phone calls.
  2. Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  3. Handle basic accounting tasks, such as filing documents, purchase bills, maintaining sales registers, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash clearance, invoicing, expense tracking, VAT filing and reconciliations.
  4. Accurately enter data into our accounting software and other systems.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial documents and administrative files.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration and basic accounting (preferably in UAE) in IT or related field.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Tally prime.
  4. Fluent in English and Hindi.
  5. Ability to handle VAT and tax related documents.
  6. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  7. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
