IT Officer / Manager (Leading Chinese Bank / Emirati Talent ONLY)

Overview

We are currently working with a well-established Chinese bank that entered the UAE market in 2016 and is regulated by CBUAE. With the goal of developing a regional hub for banking activities in the MENA region, the bank has primarily developed its operations through trade finance, bilateral loans, syndication, interbank placement, investment and trading, RMB clearing, and AED clearing.

They are currently seeking Emirati professionals to join their IT department:

• Oversee and maintain office automation systems, including hardware maintenance, software deployment, and technical issue resolution.
• Support IT network and security operations through device maintenance, access control management, and implementation of disaster recovery protocols, including system backup and data restoration.
• Manage IT infrastructure maintenance, conducting systematic server room inspections and coordinating with IT service providers.
• Contribute to IT project execution, budget planning, and comprehensive asset management.
• Coordinate equipment procurement processes.
• Monitor and enhance application systems through defect tracking, improvement recommendations, and testing support.

• UAE National with valid family book and Emirates ID
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Demonstrates exceptional reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Exhibits adaptability and commitment to continuous learning
• Strong analytical capabilities with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant work experience in network/information security
