The Opportunity: We're looking for a hands‑on, organised, and people‑focused Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse at branch level.
- Manage the receiving and dispatch process accurately and efficiently
- Ensure warehouse SOPs are followed and improved where needed
- Oversee warehouse staff and daily workflows
- Handle repairs, exchanges, and customer‑related warehouse issues timeously
- Maintain and manage stock control (including assembled stock)
- Supervise the packing, stacking and movement of goods
- Plan and coordinate deliveries and collections
- Minimise losses, damages and ensure top‑notch housekeeping
- Ensure smooth operation of POS and Pastel systems
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Tertiary qualification preferred)
- 4+ years in warehouse, retail, or receiving environments
- 4+ years in a managerial role (leading 18+ staff)
- Customer service experience in a fast‑paced setting
- Strong time management, attention to detail and communication skills
- Computer literate (Word, Excel; Sage Pastel advantageous)
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
