We are looking for a diligent and competent Accounts Assistant to support our CFO in managing financial and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate must be experienced, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling various aspects of accounting.

1. Assist in managing inventory, debtors, and creditors efficiently.
2. Process and reconcile financial transactions using Sage, Pastel, or similar accounting software.
3. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
4. Handle invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations.
5. Provide support with financial reporting and data entry.
6. Communicate professionally with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
7. Answer and manage calls related to finance and accounts.

1. Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is essential.
2. Proficiency in Sage or Pastel.
3. Strong knowledge of inventory management, debtors, and creditors.
4. Excellent telephone and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
