Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for road machinery, aerial work platforms, forklifts, and generator sets in Singapore.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Focus on expanding customer networks in key industries such as construction, logistics, and power generation.
2. Team Building & Management
• Establish and lead a high-performing sales team in Singapore.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide training and motivation to achieve business goals.
3. Business Development & Client Relations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including government agencies, construction companies, logistics firms, power companies, and distributors.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized equipment solutions, such as fuel-efficient forklifts, intelligent aerial work platforms, and high-durability road machinery.
• Lead key business negotiations and ensure the successful execution of sales contracts.
4. Product Promotion & Brand Enhancement
• Develop marketing strategies that highlight company 's product advantages, including high performance, energy efficiency, and smart technology.
• Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer engagement events to attract potential buyers.
• Provide market feedback to internal teams to support continuous product improvement.
5. Customer Management & After-Sales Coordination
• Maintain an organized customer database to track client interactions, preferences, and future business potential.
• Develop customer engagement plans to ensure long-term relationships and increase retention rates.
• Collaborate with the after-sales team to provide full product lifecycle support, including training, maintenance, and spare parts supply, to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Sales Operations & Profit Management
• Monitor and analyze sales data to improve efficiency and maximize profitability.
• Work closely with marketing, technical, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth product delivery and service execution.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of sales experience in relevant industries, preferably in construction machinery, road equipment, aerial work platforms, forklifts, or generator sets.
3. Team Leadership: Proven experience in building and managing sales teams, with strong leadership and motivational skills.
4. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Singapore market, with an existing network of potential clients.
5. Negotiation & Sales Skills: Strong business negotiation and contract management capabilities.
6. Product & Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering equipment specifications, applications, and market demand to provide professional solutions to customers.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Excellent ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
8. Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with local and Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
