Role Description
- Lead the design and delivery of dentsu's proprietary media solutions & commercial products framework, translating an in-depth understanding of agency product solutioning into successful in-market delivery programmes.
- Possess deep knowledge of the emerging media ecosystem, particularly digital, data and technology platforms & partners, co-building innovative media solutions.
- Experience in a highly diverse, matrixed agency organisation; collaborate with various agency teams & functions across multiple markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and internal sales mindset, capable of managing opportunities and overcoming blockages through stakeholder engagement.
- Drive the success of dentsu's proprietary product programme, exhibit strong financial acumen & be the regional thought leader for the success & expansion of dentsu's solutions suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative proprietary dentsu-owned commercial product solutions spanning traditional media, display & video, CTV/OTV, social, creator and retail/commerce channels.
- Manage key strategic supply partners and represent dentsu at all senior levels in the market.
- Oversee dentsu's principle media programme – Agyle – working hand in hand with markets to grow demand and supply opportunities.
- Collaborate with all Amplifi teams to craft market-level solutions programmes that deliver revenue upside.
- Manage the pipeline of media solutions revenue and ensure all opportunities are leveraged.
- Educate & train all markets on client engagement and drive a commercial mindset amongst all client teams.
- Work directly with the President, Trading & Investment and APAC Group Trading Director to develop holistic commercial models.
- Support the strategic and commercial direction of the business by helping to define supply-side focus areas.
- Collaborate with global Amplifi commercial product & strategy teams.
- Work with Global, APAC and local legal, commercial finance and compliance teams.
