The Commercial Planning Manager will operate within the Singapore Domestic market as part of the Sales team reporting directly to the Sales Director.
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and leading our commercial strategy, capitalizing on trade program/engagement efficiency, trade allowance optimization, and volume growth opportunities for both General trade & Modern trade channels. He/she will be responsible for sales volume forecasting as well as tracking and analysis of key sales KPIs and competitor activities, providing recommendations whenever relevant. He/she will act as a key control point for trade programs planning and payout.
To achieve the deliverables for the role, the incumbent will collaborate with a wide number of counterparts (Area Sales Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Trade Strategy Manager, Supply chain, Legal, Marketing, Regional teams) to ensure an aligned strategic direction.
