SVP / Sales Director (Food Manufacturing)

Job Overview:

The Senior Vice President / Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening strategic partnerships within the FMCG / F&B manufacturing sector. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including major clients, distributors, and industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and oversee strategic negotiations for large-scale deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to drive business growth.
• Provide strategic guidance and actionable insights through detailed sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG / F&B manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
