Regional HR Manager / HRBP (West / Up to $9k)

We are partnering with our client, an MNC in the Engineering industry, and they are looking for a Regional HR Manager to lead the team. The role will also be overseeing and working closely with the other local HR within SEA.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as an HRBP, working with cross-functional leaders on the Company’s HR strategy in line with Group People Strategy.
2. Full spectrum of HR including recruitment, employee retention, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, policy and strategy development, overseeing payroll.
3. HR Strategy and Operations: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with employment regulations across APAC countries.
5. Talent Management: Oversee recruitment activities. Lead Talent Review and People Development initiatives to strengthen core competencies and align with business needs and strategic priorities.
6. Performance and Training: Manage the organization’s performance management process and develop the annual Training Plan.
7. HR Systems and Reporting: Maintain and manage HRIS to meet evolving needs, including regular HR reporting, manpower planning, and budgeting. Provide data-driven ‘people’ solutions for management decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related fields.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions, preferably in a people managerial position.
3. Coming from Engineering, Manufacturing or related background will be helpful.
4. Candidate with regional experience will be preferred.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Meticulous.
