Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage assigned customer portfolios, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport and trust with customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • Implement the sales plan by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Undertake a regional role, serving as the central point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate independently with the product team to develop proposals and solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales and product development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience specifically in semiconductor equipment sales functions.
  • Extensive experience in semiconductor equipment sales and marketing.
  • Demonstrate exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Display a strong customer service orientation to enhance customer relationships.
  • Preferably have a strong understanding of machine vision processes; related knowledge will be an added bonus.
