• Position: Sales Director (ACMV) - Up to $8,000 + Comms - Bukit Batok
• Location: Bukit Batok
• Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8,000 + Commissions + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days of Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Sales Team Management:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to ensure they meet performance expectations.
• Set individual and team sales goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.

Revenue Growth:

• Drive sales growth through direct sales activities, partnerships, and expanding customer relationships.
• Work closely with marketing teams to create and implement campaigns that generate leads and support sales efforts.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and support to maximize long-term partnerships.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

• Prepare regular sales forecasts and provide reports to the executive team on sales performance.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Manage the sales department budget, ensuring the allocation of resources aligns with strategic priorities.
• Ensure sales activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Customer Support) to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
• Participate in executive meetings to share insights and strategies for company growth.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Use insights from research to inform sales tactics and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV/Cleanroom field and experience in managing a team of at least 5 people.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who converse in Mandarin only.
