2. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Apply TPM principles to maximize equipment effectiveness and minimize unplanned downtime. Engage in autonomous and planned maintenance activities to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
3. Technical Expertise: Utilize specialized knowledge in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively. Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams for complex issues and maintenance practices.
4. Experience in Equipment Maintenance: Leverage extensive experience in maintaining and servicing SMT and motorized automation production line equipment to ensure their optimal functioning. Apply expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery in compliance with industry standards.
5. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards in all preventive maintenance activities. Align preventive maintenance practices with the requirements of these quality and environmental management systems.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including schedules, tasks performed, and spare parts usage. Generate detailed reports on equipment condition, maintenance activities, and recommendations for improvements.
7. Training and Collaboration: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the maintenance team, focusing on TPM methodologies and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment reliability enhancement.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Degree in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
2. Significant experience in maintaining and servicing SMT and automated motorized production line equipment.
3. Proficient knowledge and application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
4. Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
