We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in the IT/Computer industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and networks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

• Manage firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network security.
• Internet and Firewall services; secure access to the Internet; LAN wired and Wi-Fi network services; grant access and ensure network resources such as files are available.
• Attend to all system breakdowns; troubleshoot with urgency to reduce downtime.
• Provide assistance to PC users and monitor for PC abuse or misuse.
• Data administration for Data Server and networking mapping to network terminal.
• Generate and maintain new user accounts for network login and email usage.
• Administer email, including manipulation for internal or external receiving and forwarding mail.
• Data Backup and Restore for Data Server and Mail Server.
• Monitor printer consumables and approve purchases of computer parts and accessories.
• Maintain a Master List for software, hardware, user accounts, and annual audit checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration of MES systems.
• Plan, maintain, and carry out scheduled housekeeping of all computer user hard disk utilization.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior.

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in IT (Computer Science, Computer Application, Information Technology, and Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Preferable Mandarin-speaking candidates as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in a related field.
• Good software knowledge.
