We’re looking for a Talent Consultant to join our Commercial team, to assist in the fulfillment of talents for Glints’ hiring partners by providing a world-class Talent & Customer experience, and to grow Glints’ talent database.
As a Talent Consultant, you're the vital link between clients and candidates. Talent Consultant is very different from HR, TA or internal recruiter. Instead of doing it with a psychological approach, the Consultant will use sales techniques and networking to attract potential talents for our hiring partners.
What You’ll Be Doing- Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
- Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently.
- Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward.
- Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
Who We Are Looking For- Min. 1 to 2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant in a recruitment agency or in-house HR/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and building a candidate pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.
- High EQ and ability to adapt with technology and people.
- Must have a passion and commitment for sales processes.
- Must be solution and process-oriented.
- Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
- Recruitment consultant experience would be preferred.
- We are an in-office culture. Flexibility is fine, but most people in our business team work Monday - Friday 10-7 and are available on weekends when needed to support candidate needs (but we won't abuse your weekends).
