We are seeking a proactive and creative E-Commerce, Digital Marketing & Content Executive to manage and grow our online presence. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual who is experienced in e-commerce operations, digital marketing strategies, and content creation, including photo and video editing.

You will play a key role in driving online sales, improving customer engagement, and enhancing brand visibility across digital platforms.

Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform, including website content, product listings, pricing, and online store operations

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, SEO, and paid advertising

Create, edit, and manage digital content, including product images, promotional visuals, and short videos using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software

Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure e-commerce initiatives align with overall marketing and sales objectives

Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies

Prepare regular reports and insights on online sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities for management

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role

Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and online stores

Proficient in content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and basic video editing software

Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and other digital marketing channels

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret website and sales data

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to continuously learn and improve

Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
