Your main responsibilities:

1. Risk Identification & Assessment - To identify potential risks that could affect the company's reputation, safety, security and environment.
2. Risk Reporting - To prepare reports and present findings to Senior Management detailing risks, their impacts and mitigation strategies. Monthly reporting to Board Risk Committee.
3. Mitigation & Strategy Development - To collaborate with different departments to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Ensure strategies are in line with overall business goals.
4. Compliance & Monitoring - To monitor risk management strategies to ensure they are effective. Adjust strategies as needed to adapt to new risks or changes in the external environment.
5. Workshops & Support - To conduct risk workshops with all departments to ensure the Risk Management Framework is functioning. To provide training support to staff regarding risk awareness, compliance and risk management process. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

The Requirements:

1. Candidate possess relevant qualification in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Business Management or any related field.
2. Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin and write in Chinese will be an added advantage.
3. Excellent written communication and proficiency with technical reports at board standard. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Experience in any direct presentation to the Board and RMC Risk Management Committee.
5. Ability to think critically and voice out concerns diplomatically.
6. Self-driven & independent in handling task assigned.
7. Being proactive, meticulous, good monitoring and follow up skills, good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Able to multitask to complete task assigned to meet deadlines.
9. Travelling often for risk workshops and discussions with departments/entities.
10. Training will be provided.
