We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Videographer who has a sharp eye for storytelling,

technical mastery in filming and editing, and a strong sense of current content trends. You’ll be

responsible for bringing ideas to life across various platforms from corporate videos to social media

content like TikTok, YouTube, and IG Reels.

• Operate a variety of camera equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, drone, gimbal).
• Set up and manage lighting to ensure proper exposure and visual tone.
• Capture clean, high-quality audio using lapel mics, shotgun mics, and external recorders.
• Manage shooting schedules, locations, and equipment setup.

• Edit video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Cut and arrange footage to fit the narrative flow with strong pacing and storytelling.
• Apply professional color grading (LUTs, S-Log/V-Log) and visual effects.
• Organize footage and maintain a clean, structured file management system.

• Capture cinematic visuals with great framing, composition, and creative b-roll.
• Sync video with music or soundtracks to enhance mood and engagement.
• Adapt visual styles based on project requirements (corporate, cinematic, TikTok-style, product).
• Work closely with the creative and marketing team to develop content concepts.
• Contribute ideas and feedback in brainstorming sessions.
• Meet deadlines and communicate progress effectively.
• Use problem solving and common sense on-set (e.g. manage lighting or audio issues quickly).
• Understand content formats and requirements for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, effects, and storytelling styles.
• Bonus: Ability to create catchy thumbnails and strong opening hooks.

• Proven experience in videography, shooting, and editing.
• Proficiency in at least one major editing platform (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, etc.).
• Strong storytelling skills and a good eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Flexibility to adapt to various content styles and formats.
• Organized, proactive, and always up to date with content trends.

• Experience in motion graphics or basic animation.
• Basic graphic design or thumbnail creation ability.
