About the Role: TDK-Lambda Malaysia is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Senai, Johor. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our dynamic and innovative organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Provide technical support and advice to production in overall yield & quality improvement program.
2. Acquire the skill of troubleshooting, corrective as well as preventive measures to assist in improving company quality levels.
3. Ability to plan and coordinate a small group of process Technicians in all engineering aspects covered by the department.
4. Ensuring the safe operational conditions and trouble-free machines to prevent losses in production capacity.
5. Initiate sourcing activities of new materials, equipment, or tools in enhancing production capabilities.
6. Actively involved and contribute to any improvement projects that relate to departmental functions.
7. Design and commission all activities pertaining to production layout, line & process configurations of current or new production lines.
8. Responsible for ensuring the success of proto/pilot runs as well as design reviews of any new or current products.
9. Generate, maintain, and control all manufacturing drawings and other required specifications that relate to departmental functions.
10. Generate all process parameters and machine settings, followed by implementation using appropriate check sheets/documentation.

What We're Looking For:

1. Degree holder in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical engineering or equivalent fields.
2. 1-2 years’ experience in project coordination and production support for electronic manufacturing.
3. Knowledgeable in Bill of material and generation of production drawing and ISO procedures.
4. Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings, design principles, and technical terminology.
5. Experience in CAD drafting (2D or 3D).
6. Knowledgeable in process control activities such as quality monitoring tools of TQM, SPC, etc.
7. Experience in NPI, Process Improvement or Assembly/Testing of Electronic assembly.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer operation.
9. Experience in SMT reflow or wave soldering.
10. Experience in Electronic Testing and electrical instruments can also be considered.
11. Problem solving and strong analytical thinking.
12. Project management & teamwork.
13. Communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
14. Fresh graduates with good qualifications will be considered as well.
