• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Advantages if you have experience in data center project.

Working Experience:

• For Diploma holders: More than 3 years of experience in project management
• For Degree holders: More than 2 years of similar experience

Special Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
• Experience in managing and supervising construction teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project success.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary.
• Communicate project status to the Project Manager.
• Attend site progress meetings with main contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical support to project team members.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance for all project deliverables.
• Attend project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Handle any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
