1. Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with company’s values, philosophies, policies and programs.
2. Responsible for worldwide employee data management, including setting up new employee records, acquisitions, mass changes handling, maintaining up-to-date employee data.
3. Provides HR services/support/consultation to employees and managers across regions.
4. Ensures data entry processes are SOX compliant and internal controls are in accordance to audit guidelines.
5. Ensures requests are attended on timely manner as per Service Level Agreement.
6. Works on human resources assignments/projects with broadly defined objectives and delivers as per timeline agreed.
7. Strict observance of data privacy at all times.
8. Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Knowledge of Workday systems would be an added advantage.
3. Strong in excel functionalities, preferably advance level.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and the ability to work independently.
6. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
8. Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
