Responsibilities
- Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures.
- Order processing management.
- Planning / Booking / Transportation orders.
- Coordination/follow up of the shipment.
- Documentation/administration/filing/invoicing.
- Freight Audit.
- Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, EDI).
- Operational troubleshooting.
- Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.
- Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates.
- End to end processing of received orders.
- Punctual and flawless order and documentation handling.
- Cooperation with the team.
- Reporting to Team Leader.
Working Conditions
Working Day: Monday to Friday
Working Hour: Follow European CET time zone
a. Daylight Saving Start: 2:00pm till 11:00pm MY Time
b. Daylight Saving End: 3:00pm till 12:00am MY Time
Evening shift allowance: RM550.00 per month
Job Requirements
- A four-year BS/BA degree is required.
- Zero (0) to one (1) year of experience in customer service duties.
- A strong desire to work in the supply chain/logistics/transportation field.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced office.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
- Candidate must possess a strong teamwork attitude.
- Leadership experience is strongly desired.
- Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
