Position Overview:

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management efforts. This is a critical leadership role responsible for securing top-tier rewards from global brands and key retailers, ensuring our customers receive the most attractive incentives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience negotiating with large premium brands, as well as strong relationships with key retailers across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Procurement Leadership: Develop and execute a procurement strategy that ensures access to competitive rewards while optimizing cost and supplier terms.
  • Supplier Negotiation & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global brands and key retailers across Southeast Asia, securing competitive pricing and exclusive deals.
  • Category & Supplier Expansion: Identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify and enhance our rewards catalog.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive improvements in procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations and finance teams to align procurement efforts with business goals and customer demand.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of procurement experience, ideally within consumer electronics, retail, or loyalty programs.
  • Proven track record of negotiating large-scale deals with premium brands like Apple, Dyson, and leading retailers.
  • Strong network and existing relationships with key retailers and suppliers across Southeast Asia.
  • Experience driving improvements in procurement KPIs, including cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and contract optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
