Process Trade Financing transactions and ensure the deliverables are within the stipulated time while maintaining high quality of work i.e. accuracy.
Ensure full compliance of all rules, regulations, e-SPI, policies, guidelines, procedures, practices and code of conduct imposed by the Bank as well as Bank Negara Malaysia.
Ensure all transactions are attended in accordance with International Chamber of Commerce, Uniform Rules and Practice publication.
Support and execute the bank’s trade operation strategies in order to achieve Centre of Operational Excellence.
Perform analysis on the root cause of errors occurred (if any) in order to facilitate an appropriate action/resolution.
Requirements
Have 3 years of experience in handling credit and trade finance with knowledge of local and international trade rules UCP, URDG, URC is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various levels of people.
Possess the ability to express him/herself clearly in both verbal and written communication.
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic working environment with full focus on continuous improvement in delivery.
Has strong analytical, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
