Job description
If you are an Office Assistant at the start of your career then this is the perfect job for you, excellent prospects are available for the right person.
Some of your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors, answering calls and taking messages
- Booking appointments for solicitors and making refreshments
- Managing incoming/outgoing post, dealing with couriers
- Typing documents, filing, scanning and photocopying files
- Updating and maintaining database, ensuring accurate information at all times
- Assisting with preparing and collating court documents for solicitors
