Administrative Assistant (12-month FTC)

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to meet deadlines. They should be an excellent communicator, both in person and remotely, and approach work with creativity and positivity. The role requires the ability to analyse large data sets, work independently or as part of a team, and manage time effectively under pressure. Good IT skills, including familiarity with digital tools, marketing, and social media, are essential. Experience in the charity sector, supporting system changes, and knowledge of data protection and volunteer management compliance are desirable, along with experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
