Job Description Summary
Performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns.

About the Role
- To monitor the maintenance plans/schedules and performance of services vendors for delivery of soft FM services for cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management and façade cleaning.
- To prepare and submit timely inspection reports of Furniture, Fixture & Equipment of particularly for Event Spaces and propose inventory of spares.
- To conduct monthly Sports Equipment checks with Venue Operating Contractor.
- To conduct daily venue inspections to check the venues cleaning condition, building defects etc.
- To deconflict with stakeholders and coordinate with Hard FM colleagues / Soft Services Service Providers, or external main contractor / sub-contractors/ vendors for any FM works including cleaning, M&E, Building & Fabric related issues/ rectification works etc.
- To manage all Event and Hospitality Space related administration and operations matters such as handing over and taking over of event space, be on site during events to ensure venue readiness, prepare variable cost, event billing, damages etc.
- To upkeep facility, PO require to carry out condition base assessment to determine FM asset and/or finishes condition and propose recommendation either to repair, refurbishment or replacement under Life Cycle Project (LCC).
- To substantiate LCC project, PO is expected to present to the Management the Purpose of the project, Background, Challenges and current condition, Evaluation and Cost Benefit/Analysis, Recommendation.
- To administrate all procurement and finance related matters for life cycle or ad hoc project such as calling tender, invitation to quote, raising purchase requisition form etc.
- To prepare and submit incident report within 12 hours from incident.
- To monitor TAM case(s) are attended and completed promptly within the contractual timing.
- To provide, supervise Facility Attendants (FA) on event setup/teardown.
- At venue manager discretion, Property Officer may be assigned to assist his peer on other duties.
About You
- Diploma in facility management/building services/engineering related disciplines recognised by BCA with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Event planning experience is desirable.
- Good safety, health and environment awareness.
- You may be expected to work over weekend and public holiday.
