We need a Home Care Assistant that is kind and has worked in the field before to join our team. In this job, you will provide person-centred care to clients in their own homes, helping them with their daily requirements and improving their quality of life.

You will be dependable, competent, and truly dedicated to providing great care.

• Helping with personal care duties like bathing, clothing, and grooming.
• Giving clients emotional support and friendship.
• Helping with moving around and getting from one place to another.
• Giving medicine according to each person’s care plan.
• Helping with light cleaning tasks.
• Going with clients to meetings and social events.
• Keeping an eye on and reporting any changes in the health or well-being of customers.
• Making sure that clients have a safe and comfortable place to live.
• Keep accurate care records and let someone know if anything changes or you have any concerns.
• Follow company rules, health and safety rules, and rules for protecting people.
• Make sure you have good, trusted relationships with your clients, families, and coworkers.

At least two years of experience working in a home care setting in the UK (required)

• Must be able to speak and write English fluently
• Great in talking to and getting along with others
• Kind, patient, dependable, and always in a good mood
• Able to work alone and be flexible

• You must have a full UK driving licence and be ready to travel within the UK.
• The right to work in the UK.
