The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will:

1. Manage approved car finance applicants exclusively—no cold calling!
2. Engage with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
3. Ensure accurate application details and maintain 100% compliance with FCA regulations.
4. Match customers to the best vehicle options within their budget and needs.
5. Work alongside dealerships, admin teams, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
6. Receive full training through an induction and onboarding program to become Catalyst qualified.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in car finance sales.
2. Familiarity with Auto Convert or similar CRM software is a bonus (training provided!).
3. Strong interpersonal skills—teamwork and collaboration are key.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: £26,000.00 - £65,000.00 per year
