We want tochange this and also have fun doing it!The Opportunity:We give brand owners ‘clarity’ around Amazon and shape strategiesfor them to grow – sustainably and profitably. All our clients are onVendor Central – this means we are unique in the Amazon agencyspace.As Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining regularcontact with a select number of clients and driving the strategy on theiraccounts. You will need extensive experience with the Amazon ecosystem andVendor Central.Most of the work around keywords, listings, content, catalogue work,support tickets, technical issues, reports and advertising will be managedby our expert team; most of whom have joined us from Amazon.You will bring all this together with a clear strategic view on theaccounts you are managing. You will make decisions on how to best drivethese accounts forward, closely supported by the agency founder, AccountDirector, Commercial Director and Head of Operations, and our highlyskilled team which is split into the following departments: content,catalogue, marketing and finops.This is a client-facing role, so you’ll need to be well organised, agood communicator and team player with leadership ambitions.About you:+ Previous experience as an account manager at an Amazon Agency+ Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central (agency side or clientside)+ Client facing, personable and outgoing+ Team player+ Experience of Vendor Central reporting criteria is required+ Experience of the nitty gritty of Vendor Central is preferred but notessential (this encompasses Vendor specific reporting, operations, tradeterms, profitability (NetPPM, AVS, chargebacks and shortage claims, to namea few)What’s on offer:+ Competitive compensation, based on experience+ UK based remote role with regular meet-ups in London (including travelreimbursement)+ Equipment allowance+ Hot-desking options (depending on availability in your area)+ Company pension scheme+ Employee perks+ High-trust environment+ Access to cutting-edge training, resources and technology+ Rapid progression opportunitiesSounds like a good fit?
