In this role you will:

• Work with our internal stakeholders and partners to deliver best-in-class operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities to deliver a great customer experience.
• Utilise data to make informed decisions about where we can grow our Quick Commerce sales and reach.
• Deliver content that allows colleagues across our retail function to make informed decisions.

• A strong understanding of how retail stores operate.
• A good understanding of food retail trends, preferably related to Quick Commerce.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• An ability to use both data and experience to problem-solve and identify ongoing opportunities.
• Agile and adaptable, with a "test-and-learn" approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A confident and engaging communicator able to operate and work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and creative in problem-solving.
