Job summary
A reputable law firm in Gloucester seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor to deliver expert legal advice across a range of employment matters, including settlement agreements and unfair dismissal. The position offers full flexibility with remote work and a competitive salary of £65k FTE plus uncapped OTE. Candidates should have more than 5 years PQE and experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment work. This role is ideal for confident solicitors who thrive in autonomous environments.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and ability to provide expert advice.
- Experience managing own caseload.
- 5+ years PQE or similar experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing expert employment advice to a diverse client base.
- Handling cases that may progress to Employment Tribunals.
- Delivering professional service on various employment issues.
