A leading motorsport organization is seeking a skilled Lead PIV Engineer to manage the Wind Tunnel and PIV Systems operations. This role involves operating PIV systems, ensuring high-quality data output for the Aero team, and maintaining system uptime. Ideal candidates will hold an engineering degree, possess experience in wind tunnel testing, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • Strong academic background with an appropriate engineering degree, ideally at master’s or PhD level.
  • Previous experience of wind tunnel testing in a Formula One or high-level Motorsport environment.
  • Proven experience of PIV system operation and development.

Responsibilities

  • Run day to day operations of the Wind Tunnel and PIV Systems.
  • Act as the PIV Subject Matter Expert for Aero end-users.
  • Support the development of Wind Tunnel systems for maximum uptime.
