We are seeking a highly experienced Organization & Management Specialist to join the Organizational Consulting Department (OCD) within the HR & Corporate Services organization.
The OCD department plays a key role in strategy execution, operating model design, organization effectiveness, transformation advisory, corporate governance, and complex program delivery.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will shape enterprise-wide Operating Model Transformation solutions, drive alignment across business lines, and enable the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
