Description

Aramco energizes the world economy.

Aramco occupies a special position in the global energy industry. We are one of the world’s largest producers of hydrocarbon energy and chemicals, with among the lowest Upstream carbon intensities of any major producer.

With our significant investment in technology and infrastructure, we strive to maximize the value of the energy we produce for the world along with a commitment to enhance Aramco’s value to society.

Headquartered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and with offices around the world, we combine market discipline with a generations’ spanning view of the future, born of our nine decades experience as responsible stewards of the Kingdom’s vast hydrocarbon resources. This responsibility has driven us to deliver significant societal and economic benefits to not just the Kingdom, but also to a vast number of communities, economies, and countries that rely on the vital and reliable energy that we supply.

We are one of the most profitable companies in the world, as well as amongst the top five global companies by market capitalization.

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Organization & Management Specialist to join the Organizational Consulting Department (OCD) within the HR & Corporate Services organization.

The OCD department plays a key role in strategy execution, operating model design, organization effectiveness, transformation advisory, corporate governance, and complex program delivery.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will shape enterprise-wide Operating Model Transformation solutions, drive alignment across business lines, and enable the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be responsible to perform the following:

  • Lead high-impact operating model and organization design engagements across diverse business entities.
  • Assess current-state organizational structures and design future-state spans of control, governance, workflows, and decision rights.
  • Develop standardized frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits for operating model and organization design projects.
  • Provide executive-level advisory services on strategy, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, briefing notes, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to drive alignment and support decision-making at executive levels.
  • Develop and implement corporate governance frameworks balancing standardization with business flexibility.
  • Drive group-wide operating model alignment including affiliates, joint ventures, and international operations.
  • Oversee post-merger integration (PMI) activities, ensuring operational and cultural alignment of acquired entities.
  • Develop, refine, and deploy enterprise playbooks, operating principles, and organizational guidelines.
  • Conduct benchmarking, market studies, and research to inform structural, strategic, and operational decisions.
  • Provide strategic counsel to leaders navigating organizational change, growth, risk mitigation, or restructuring.
Minimum Requirements

As a successful candidate you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in management consulting, with deep expertise in operating models, organization design, PMI, governance, or transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale consulting initiatives within complex, multinational organizations.
  • Strong command of organization design and process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive presence.
  • High proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and applying structured approaches to complex challenges.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across cross-functional and global teams.
Working environment

Our high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly.

At Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none. And because, as a global energy company, we are faced with addressing some of the world’s biggest technical, logistical and environmental challenges, we invest heavily in talent development.

We have a proud history of educating and training our workforce over many decades. Employees at all levels are encouraged to improve their sector-specific knowledge and competencies through our workforce development programs – one of the largest in the world.
