This is a dual-role position supporting the race team during the F1® season and providing operational cover at the factory when not travelling. The role involves managing parts and equipment at trackside, assisting with pit stop operations, and supporting both Main Stores and Parts Dispatch, including occasional van runs.

• Race Season (Travelling): Set up and manage the travelling parts store at race events
• Race Season (Travelling): Receive, issue, and track parts used during race weekends
• Race Season (Travelling): Assist with pit stop operations (e.g., tyre handling, equipment readiness)
• Race Season (Travelling): Support garage setup and teardown
• Race Season (Travelling): Help with packing and shipping parts to and from events
• When Not Travelling (Factory-Based) – Main Stores Cover: Support goods-in and goods-out processes
• When Not Travelling (Factory-Based) – Main Stores Cover: Carry out stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy
• When Not Travelling (Factory-Based) – Main Stores Cover: Organise and store parts safely and efficiently
• When Not Travelling (Factory-Based) – Main Stores Cover: Assist with occasional van runs for local collections and deliveries
• When Not Travelling (Factory-Based) – Parts Dispatch Support: Pick, pack, and dispatch parts for internal and external use
• When Not Travelling (Factory-Based) – Parts Dispatch Support: Prepare shipments for events and customer deliveries
• When Not Travelling (Factory-Based) – Parts Dispatch Support: Ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate and complete

• Experience in stores, warehouses, or logistics roles
• Good attention to detail and organisation
• Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Forklift license and manual handling experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence required
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours during race season
