A leading motorsport team located in Silverstone seeks a Logistics Support role to manage parts and equipment during F1® races and provide operational cover at the factory. Responsibilities include setting up and managing travelling parts at race events, assisting in pit stop operations, and supporting warehouse functions when not travelling. Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics and a full UK driving license, and be willing to work flexible hours during the race season. This is a dual-role position supporting the race team during the F1® season and providing operational cover at the factory when not travelling. The role involves managing parts and equipment at trackside, assisting with pit stop operations, and supporting both Main Stores and Parts Dispatch, including occasional van runs.
