Arc are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Chef de parties for Race Day events in and around Yorkshire. We are looking for locals who would be able to make their own way to the shifts. If you’re looking for some temporary work in the area and enjoy working with some amazing chefs, get in contact!

• Get paid for every hour you work: £19.05PH
• Great experience working at extremely high-profile events such as:
• Racing events
• Premier League Football Clubs
• Music Venues
• Major Stadia
• Sporting Events
• Festivals
• Corporate Parties and Weddings

Responsibilities:

• Manage your section as a Chef de Partie, ensuring high standards of preparation and presentation.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods, ensuring smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Cook to the specifications and standards of your head chef.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, in large scale events or a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude to thrive in a temporary role.
• Level 2 food safety certification.
• Food allergen knowledge.
• Own knives and chef whites.
• Own transport is essential to be able to work.
