A leading digital asset platform in Greater London is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to lead their B2B broker expansion. This role involves identifying and nurturing partnerships with brokers, growing the broker program to meet key performance indicators, and providing exceptional support and services. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in B2B partnerships in finance or crypto, with a robust network in the intermediary space. Excellent English communication skills are essential for success in this critical position.

As the global financial ecosystem increasingly integrates digital assets into traditional brokerage models, we are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to lead our B2B broker expansion. You will be the primary architect of our Broker Program, bridging the gap between our world-class liquidity and the institutional intermediaries who require it.
You will own the end-to-end growth of our broker partnerships. This is a mission-critical role where you aren't just selling a platform; you are building the infrastructure that allows other financial institutions, fintechs, and brokers to offer digital assets to their own client bases. Your work will directly define our market depth and institutional footprint in the region.
