About the team/rewards
You will be working across a multi-discipline team including engineers working in software, systems, and hardware. This team will help develop new products for customers across land, sea, and air domains through the full development lifecycle. They have a great team spirit - communicating well across sites and business domains so there is always good understanding of what is going on across a diverse range of projects.
Our Opportunity
You will be responsible for identifying, coordinating, and leading improvement activities across the Engineering function, and in collaboration with other business functions.
You will use process and project data to identify opportunities for process streamlining and cost reduction in development activities.
Act as a “Local Process Correspondent” for the Thales process-based reference system, communicate and effectively implement changes to the process. You will actively monitor implementation across projects to identify weaknesses that need to be addressed. You will also lead the Engineering function for external assessments, guiding the team through preparation, auditing, and non-conformance management.
