2025 Data Analyst Apprentice - Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship

Start Date: 01 September 2025

Salary: £22,500 per annum

Employee type: Permanent

Location: Crawley

Working Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37 hours a week (8 hours Monday – Thursday, 5 hours Friday)

Overview:

Within this role, you will be valued for your intellectual curiosity, innovative approach to problem-solving, and your strong analytical skills. You will be key in compiling data from multiple systems to tell stories and to answer vital business questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business problems and present insights to influence actions
  • Develop skills in Data Engineering, Visualisation and Business Analysis in a complex business environment
  • Work as part of a team to deliver data products used across the whole business
  • Collaborate with business users to ensure you are delivering the insights they need
  • Produce reports to provide insight and recommendations for how to improve the business operations, learning and business processes, and what drives business outcomes

Requirements:

You will need 5 GCSEs grade 9-4 (A-C) including English and Maths (or equivalent), plus a Level 3 qualification to demonstrate the ability to learn at this level. Suitable Level 3 qualifications might include A Levels (Grade C or above), Highers, T Level (Merit or above), BTEC Diploma (Merit or above). Ability to obtain and maintain UK government security clearance.

Please note: Assessment centres for shortlisted candidates will be held between February and May 2025. Induction week for all Graduate and Apprentices will take place from Monday 01 September until Friday 05 September 2025.
