Agile Project Manager/Business Analyst

Location: Remote, UK based, ideally in the Brighton area with travel to Bournemouth

Salary: Circa £40k

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

1. Leading and delivering business change projects across our organisation
2. Performing both PM and Business Analyst roles within our DSDM framework
3. Collaborating with remote teams while maintaining strong face-to-face connections

1. Strong working knowledge of DSDM Agile methodology and its practical application
2. Demonstrable experience in managing operational projects, with a track record of successfully implementing change in a business environment
3. Proven experience in Agile Program or Project Management, ideally within start-ups or innovative SMEs
4. Experience with DSDM products and governance
5. A collaborative mindset and genuine team-player attitude
6. A proactive, innovative problem-solving approach, comfortable to challenge conventional approaches
7. Adaptability – able to wear multiple hats and juggle various projects
8. Ability to work remotely while fostering strong relationships with colleagues
