Intermediate & Senior Mechanical Design Engineers
Are you ready to lead ground-breaking projects that shape the future of water management? We're looking for a dynamic Intermediate Engineer & an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in the delivery of essential infrastructure.

Remote working, with occasional site visits to our head office in Brighton. Full time Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week; however, Southern Water offers a flexible working policy.
As an Intermediate or Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team focused on creating innovative and sustainable solutions for complex water and wastewater projects. Your role will involve developing outline designs for cutting-edge, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible water recycling plants and other advanced facilities.
With an emphasis on innovation, you will have the opportunity to evaluate and trial new technologies and products, helping to shape the future of the water industry. We will develop you to become an expert in an engineering area, so you not only become the company technical specialist but also an expert and partake in the formulation of standards.
A minimum of 2 years experience within a relevant water industry.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and manage complex engineering challenges. Full driving licence, as you will be attending site visits.
