Job Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be calling existing clients of the business to offer a range of additional services and products you will be building excellent relationships and booking appointments for a partner to visit the organisation.
You will be generating interest having consultative conversations following up on enquiries coming into the business alongside interest from events and webinars.
There is no cold calling involved this is an extremely exciting and unique role all clients you will be speaking with will have a prior relationship in place!
If you have previous contact centre/sales experience or hold the right transferable skills we would love to hear from you!
The Successful Applicant
Previous contact centre/sales experience however the business can be open and will look at transferable skills
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships
Resilient and a positive can do attitude
An excellent team player
