What You'll Be Doing:

• 2nd Line IT Support - Handling more complex tickets, not just password resets.
• Systems Administration - Windows environment.
• Infrastructure Projects - Supporting improvements and rollouts.
• O365 & Networking - Managing and supporting a range of applications.
• Hardware Setup - Configuring and deploying new desktops and laptops.

What You'll Need for this IT Support Engineer role:

• 2nd Line IT Support experience - O365, AD, Intune, Windows Server.
• Strong communication skills - You'll be working with teams across the business.
• Full UK driving licence & car - Travel between sites (mileage paid).
• Security Clearance Eligibility - British Citizen, UK resident for at least 5 years.
