Job summary
A leading global jewellery brand in the UK is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and execute impactful training programmes. This role will drive office and retail team development while ensuring a culture of continuous growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in learning and talent management, strong facilitation skills, and a strategic mindset, with a focus on retail environments. - Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive retail capability strategy.
