Job Introduction Solution Architect - SAP SuccessFactors
In this Solution Architect role, you'll be part of Sodexo's Group HR-IS team, responsible for the deployment, development and maintenance of Sodexo Group's HR systems. You'll be working on end-to-end global projects, undertaking the full range of responsibilities from design and configuration of our HR systems to deployment and ongoing maintenance, as well as enhancements of related processes. You'll be a vital team member for a business-critical project implementing SuccessFactors across the Sodexo Group, which offers fantastic exposure and experience of a wide-reaching international programme.
What you’ll do:
Development and deployment of new system functionalities
Ensure a user-focused experience
Work with the various Sodexo entities to ensure that systems are well administered, and processes and functionalities are deployed successfully
Actively participate in developing the systems roadmap
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and Sodexo data security policies
Drive continuous improvement of deliveries and of team ways of working
Communicate with business stakeholders
Be the interface between the business and the provider(s) to troubleshoot technical issue
What you bring:
Proven experience working with HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors
Previous involvement in system implementations on an international scale
Understanding of the complex nature of large, matrix organisations
Ideally, knowledge of key SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Compensation and Learning
