We are seeking a Director of Environmental Services at both Penn State Health Holy Spirit and Penn State Health Hampden. This role will oversee a team of 90 employees. Prior Environmental Services/housekeeping experience is required, must be results-driven, understand employee engagement, and be committed to a winning culture. The successful candidate will have experience with bed tracking, patient satisfaction, and possess strong computer skills. Sodexo is seeking a true self-starter who can lead a team under minimal supervision.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Management Experience: 5 years.
Minimum Functional Experience: 5 years of work experience in housekeeping or custodial services.
