Job Introduction

As a Saturday Chef at Sodexo in Manchester, your knowledge of cooking and organizational excellence will lead the way. What you’ll do:

  1. Lead the kitchen facilities and plan all meals & assist with prep
  2. Order supplies and keep records of spending and compliance
  3. Monitor sanitation practices ensuring to follow standards and regulations
  4. Prepare, produce and present food in volume for a small group of residents
  5. Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well
  6. Keep Health and Safety at heart of what you’re doing

What you bring:

  1. 2 years of experience in hands-on cooking
  2. Experience of working to strict food hygiene standards
  3. Experience in following recipes and open to cooking many cuisines

Package Description

Please note - age restriction applies for this position, so candidates must be over the age of 18+ and have a valid Photographic ID.

6 hours per week
Saturday 11:30am - 5:30pm
£10.42 per hour
Based at Chorlton House Approved Premises
Full training provided
Annual leave April - April 20 days per calendar year which increases with service
