Horticulture Workshop Facilitator
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Horticulture Workshop Facilitator to lead and inspire vocational training at HMP Millsike. In this role, you'll guide up to 24 learners through Level 1 NOCN and Level 2 City & Guilds qualifications, helping them develop practical horticulture skills with a focus on sustainability and employability.
You will also participate in the selection of prisoners for the workshop, support their individual learning needs, and ensure they receive appropriate training in areas such as machinery and tools usage. As part of the wider prison team, you will contribute to reports on prisoner behaviour, sentence planning, and security.
