WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
With a keen eye for detail, you bring creative and innovative thinking when setting high performance and delivery standards. You love nothing more than seeing how each small detail adds up to make a huge impact on site presentation.
You’re detail-oriented and equally appreciate the importance of keeping your eye on the bigger picture. A fast-paced, ‘lots of balls in the air’ kind of environment is one you thrive in - it’s your quick thinking, tenacious, and innate solutions orientation spirit that keeps you on track.
You want to be a team player by collaborating with the wider team to produce the best results for the precinct. You have an ability to shift focus on short notice in this fast-paced ever-changing environment. You are keen to set high standards in all aspects of Horticulture and sports turf practices.
You care deeply about the customer experience. Whether it is a client on the implementation of a game-changing venue upgrade, longer-term visioning of a master plan design, or a guest coming to see their favorite artist at one of our venues - you consider their experience at every aspect of your role.
