A very stylish Gastro Pub is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join this exciting Gastro. They are creating Rosette standard food in the newly refurbished establishment.
They are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef with experience in all sections and running a busy kitchen. All dishes are cooked to order from fresh in the new local gastro. This position will suit an experienced Junior Sous/Sous Chef looking to further their career. All food is produced fresh in-house and to a high standard.
This new venue will be seeking very high standards, so it is essential that the Sous Chef has good fresh food experience and at least 2 years of experience working within a quality property.
