The ideal candidate should have basic cooking and knife skills and be eager to work in a high-pressure environment. The role offers a starting salary of £26,000, a 4-day work week, and live-in accommodation available.

Commis Chef required for this Michelin starred restaurant serving a daily changing tasting menu. Looking for a Commis Chef who is passionate about cooking with amazing ingredients to work as part of this talented and friendly team.
Duties will include learning how to prepare and cook a variety of items for the menus. Full training will be given but the candidate should have at least basic cooking and knife skills.
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, with an eye for detail, somebody who can keep cool under pressure, who is keen to learn lots of new skills and works well as part of a team.
Applicants should ideally live in Holt, Sheringham, Cromer, Wells-next-the-sea, Burnham Market or possibly Fakenham area with their own transport.
