Pension Trustee Governance Lead - Remote
Job summary
A leading financial institution is seeking a Pension Trustee Manager to oversee pension governance and provide expert support to Trustees for multiple schemes. This remote-first role requires strong relationship management skills and compliance oversight, ensuring smooth operation and meeting regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will have relevant professional qualifications and significant experience in pension management. Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of pension legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Significant post-qualification experience working with Trustees or third-party administrators of pension schemes.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Pensions Executive Support function, providing governance and secretariat services.
- Shape strategic decisions and manage Trustee relationships.
- Oversee and manage the exercise of Trustee discretions.
