THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Delivery Officer and SaaS CTO. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support for standard administrative functions such as calendar management, travel and expenses plus executive communications management when required. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for coordinating executive meetings and events, managing executive calendars, expenses and handling confidential information with discretion.

OPPORTUNITIES
  1. You will manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  2. You will prepare and organize materials for executive meetings and presentations.
  3. You will make travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
  4. You will handle expense claim submissions and follow ups.
  5. You will maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  6. You will conduct research and compile data as needed.
  7. Other reasonable duties may be assigned from time to time.
SKILLS
  1. Limited previous administrative experience required - ideal for graduate level new EA entry level.
  2. You should be fluent in business English, at native university level of proficiency.
  3. You should have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  4. You should be obsessed with details, catching mistakes quickly and self-correcting.
  5. You should be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision while taking independent decisions within your areas of responsibility.
  6. You should be the type of person who anticipates the needs of the Executive rather than awaiting instructions.
  7. You should be proficient in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
  8. You should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. You should show a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  10. You should be able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  11. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent years of relevant experience.
