Job description

C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a prestigious private equity firm based in the West End. The role is supporting 2 Managing Directors and senior members of the investment team.

Position: Executive Assistant

Salary: £55,000-£60,000

Hybrid setup: 4-5 days in the office (every other Monday working from home)

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
  1. Scheduling large volumes of complex meetings, including working closely with the Investor Relations team to coordinate meetings with investors, speaking engagements, and board attendance.
  2. Organising extensive and complex worldwide travel including investor roadshows with all logistics.
  3. Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including document preparation, expense management, and ESG tracker maintenance.
  4. Handling project coordination and special initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Working with other members of the admin teams in New York and London to ensure a seamless approach and stepping in to cover when needed.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience as an EA ideally within finance or a similar fast-paced corporate environment.
  2. Proven track record of working collaboratively within an administrative team.
  3. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  4. Strong MS Office skills and ability to handle high email volume.
